Meet Our Founding Attorney

Founding lawyer, Marc J. Semke, is a York native. He graduated from York College with a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Since 2004, Mr. Semke has been representing clients in criminal, juvenile and family matters in York County and the surrounding areas. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL), the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the York County Bar Association.

Mr. Semke is eager to provide exemplary counsel to those who have been charged with serious offenses and complex criminal cases. He has represented clients in cases involving homicide, aggravated assault, sexual offenses, robbery, burglary, felony drug offenses, theft, DUI and many other offenses. Mr. Semke has obtained not guilty verdicts at trial for clients facing a variety of criminal charges, and has also represented clients on appeal before the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
